All orders are accompanied with biodegradable disposable plates, biodegradable plastic eating utensils, and recyclable paper napkins and approximately 1.5 hours service staff
Some menus are based on a Drop and Go service.
All boxed meals or individually wrapped items are subject to a packaging fee.
All orders requiring additional service other than Drop and Go will be subject to additional charges and gratuity.
All orders are subject to applicable taxes.
Canuel Caterers will pick up supply the following day for all drop and go services. No pick-ups will be available on Sundays.
Same day pickups will require additional charges for all drop and go service.
A delivery charge will apply to all orders. Charges will vary depending on delivery location.
Due to Health laws, no food will be left on premise at the conclusion of your event.
Menu selections must be completed two weeks prior to your event.
A confirmed number of guests are due 7 days prior to your event. (Your confirmed numbers are not subject to reduction)
Payment is due in full 7 days prior to your event. A valid credit card number is required for any additional charges.
A cancelation fee of 30% will be charged if you do not cancel more than 7 days prior to your event or order date.
We accept Cash, Cheques, Visa and Mastercard. However, credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
All menus are subject to applicable taxes and gratuities.
Off site events are subject to a service charge.
Late Start Fees:
Catered meals beginning later than 30 minutes past the scheduled contract start time, at no fault of Canuel Caterers, may result in a per hour surcharge for each Caterer and Chef.
